Dr Nguyen is a lovely doctor - very sensitive and caring towards myself.
Treatment room reception could improve - more polite - less firm.

Dr Nguyen always listens to what I say and allows me to make my own decisions which I like. It is caring and attentive- gives advice but allows me to decide what I think is best for me. He is cheerful.
